Brief
For this dream home, we packed a long list of homeowner desires into a tight lot, including an outdoor Japanese inspired bathing area, ample bike and surfboard storage, two-car garage, and an ADU.
Designed in collaboration with SpaceCamp Design Build and Santa Cruz Green Builders, this project is currently in permitting, and set to break ground in 2025.
